Advancing quantum-safe healthcare security through hybrid post-quantum cryptographic frameworks, zero-trust architectures, and HIPAA-compliant federated learning systems — directly aligned with NIST FIPS 203/204/205, Executive Order 14028, and CISA's Zero Trust Maturity Model.
Research Focus
My research converges at a single mission: making digital healthcare infrastructure resilient against both present-day and quantum-era threats. By integrating post-quantum cryptography, zero-trust architecture, and privacy-preserving federated learning, I build end-to-end security frameworks that protect patient data from the network edge to the cloud — directly addressing U.S. federal mandates and the real-world vulnerabilities exposed by attacks like the 2024 Change Healthcare breach.
Scholarly Service
With 42 completed peer reviews across IEEE Access (Q1, Web of Science verified), AIBThings 2026, and WIJAR — plus one additional IEEE Access review currently in progress — I provide rigorous evaluation of manuscripts spanning post-quantum cryptography, AI-driven cybersecurity, healthcare IoT, and federated learning. My reviews are independently verified on Web of Science (Reviewer ID: PTF-2621-2026), reflecting sustained commitment to advancing the quality and integrity of academic research in AI and cybersecurity.
